Terms and conditions 

Check in at 4 pm, Check Out is at 10 am. All visitors not registered with BCRR`s must leave by 11 pm. No more than 6 visitors per cabin. Any outstanding balances will be charged to credit card. No pets are allowed in cabin or any other building on the resort. A $250 fee will be charged to your credit card and you will be asked to leave with no refund if a pet is discovered in a cabin or resort building. There is a $25 dollar fee for lost keys. Cancellations will incur a 6% processing fee. Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather or early departure.

Agreements- I agree to assume all risks arising from my use of, or presence upon the BCRR facilities. I understand there is a risk of injury using the resort. I recognize that there is a risk of injury from negligent, reckless or intentional acts of third parties using the facilities, and I assume this risk. I agree to release BCCR and waive any claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, cost or expenses, including attorney`s fees, which in any way arise from use presence upon the facilities. I agree to pay all damages to the facilities caused by negligent, reckless or willful actions by myself, my family or my guests. This includes excessive cleaning if required in the cabin. I understand that some of the amenities at BCRR have a nominal fee. A usage fee may be charged at the time of check in or at a specific amenity. Thank you BCRR Management.
